MMA Conditioning Circuit

Our MMA Conditioning Circuit class is a fast paced, high impact workout designed to get you in shape and develope the stamina you need to go the distance. The MMA Conditioning Circuit is a program designed to increase strength and cardio vascular recovery.  We will setup a series of individual stations in which we will exert your own maximum effort for 60 seconds followed by a 30 second recovery.  This portion of the class goes from 20 to 30 minutes. Next we will use the glove and mit drills to complete a series of 2 minute rounds throwing predetermined combinations of strikes.  Portions of the class will use our state of the art sound system to keep us motivated to perform to each of our own individual best.
